So come join Fred and kick start your new years fitness plan. Learn how to get over, around or under the hurdles in your way. Learn how to vary your exercise, deal with physical problems , pains and mental blocks.
Plus you'll learn self treatment techniques to help soothe common conditions, strains and injuries, and also take home skills to help you avoid them all together in the future. Fred will provide you with a fitness assessment and tips and tools to help you stay on track.

You may want to join the Chetco running/walking club. Runners/walkers of all levels and all different fitness goals are welcomed and encouraged.
Exercising with a group can really help with motivation, consistency and enjoyment. We often meet, start and finish at the brewery, so we hone our social chops at the same time!
